Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped through USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and factors outside of our control related to the shipping carrier.
For your convenience, we offer a reduced flat-rate shipping fee of $4.90.
During periods of high demand, special promotions, sales events, or when orders include handmade items, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding during these situations.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of purchase, including name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
All I Need Jewelry is not responsible for additional costs, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package must be retrieved or reshipped due to incorrect information, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Reporting Incomplete or Problem Orders
If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or any issue, you must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your package.
To evaluate your claim, you will be required to provide:
- Photos of the shipping label.
- Photos of the complete outer packaging.
- Photos of the inner packaging (if applicable).
- Clear photos showing any damage or irregularities.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in initiating an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
Response and resolution times are subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier.
Limitation of Liability
We are happy to assist with package tracking and claims whenever possible. However, All I Need Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or incidents that occur after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
