Exchanges & Returns
At All I Need Jewelry, we do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased through our online store. Exchanges will only be considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Handmade and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify our team within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your package.
To report the issue, please email us at info@allineedjewelry.com including the following information:
- Order number and the full name.
- Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review the claim and provide further instructions.
Store Credit
In the event of damaged merchandise, we will issue store credit to be used for future purchases at All I Need Jewelry.
All claims must follow the process outlined above in order to be reviewed and processed appropriately.
Please note:
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or discount are final sale and are not eligible for store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any store credit issued.
